Yes, we can send you an invoice with a qualified signature according to the German Signatur-Gesetz (SigG) §14 Abs. 3. To request a signed invoice, simply reply to the e-mail with your invoice document.

When receiving a digitally signed invoice, you are obligated to

• validate the signature,
• create a validation protocol and
• archive the invoice and the validation protocol.

As part of our customer service, we will send you a validation protocol together with the signed invoice. In addition, you can validate the signature yourself using e.g. the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
