Address changes in the client's area are not automatically applied to the WHOIS database. If only your address changes, you can request the WHOIS update via e-mail. If the domain owner (Owner-C) or Admin-C changes, we need his written consent with the following information:

• First- and last name
• Address
• Postal code and city
• Phone number
• E-mail address

The agreement has to be signed by the old and the new domain owner and/or Admin-C.
