Live Update Service
The TYPOlight live update service is an electronic service provided by iNet Robots Ltd. & Co. KG. It allows you to update an existing TYPOlight installation at the push of a button. Although the live update service is integrated into the TYPOlight back end, it is an optional service that is not required to run TYPOlight.System requirements
TYPOlight fetches the updates from a central server via HTTP request, therefore you might experience problems if you are using a limited internet connection (e.g. access via proxy server) or no internet connection at all. In such a case you might have to adjust the live update script.Live Update ID
In order to use the live update service, you need a live update ID. You can sign up for a live update ID in the iNet Robots online shop. A live update ID costs 9,90 Euro per year and includes one domain license.Domain licenses

A domain license is valid for one TYPOlight installation. If you are running multiple domains with a single installation (multidomain), you do not need additional licenses. If you want to upgrade an existing live update ID to support more domains, please contact us.
